Mr. Philip Inshanally manages and maintain the network infrastructure and website for the implementation of the Low Income Housing Program funded under the 8th EDF grant. Mr. Inshanally is conversant in computer science. As a young professional his aim is to continue building his knowledge in computer science. He looks forward to contribute meaningfully towards the growth and development of his organisation and the community it serves.
